Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At OuterLink.io, we accept payments through PayPal, one of the most secure and trusted online payment platforms. You can use the following methods for payment:

  • PayPal account balance
  • Credit or Debit Card (processed through PayPal)
  • PayPal Credit

2. Subscription Payments

OuterLink.io offers subscription-based services. When you subscribe, PayPal will process your recurring payments automatically based on your selected plan. You will be notified prior to each payment and can manage or cancel your subscription through your PayPal account at any time.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment. To request a refund, please contact us at support@outerlink.io. Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through PayPal. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you already got some services or links your half payment will be deducted.

PayPal is committed to protecting your personal and financial information. All payments made through PayPal are encrypted, and we do not store your financial data on our servers. Additionally, PayPal offers Buyer Protection, ensuring that you can file a dispute if there are any issues with your transaction.

6. Automatic Payment and Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your services until the end of the current billing cycle.
